Welcome to the on-line home of RBUD, a reality-based self defence club in Chester, UK.

RBUD's main goal is for you to avoid a violent situation entirely, but when avoidance isn't an option, we believe you have to hit First, Fast, and Ferociously.

IN-FOCUS CLASSES

These Classes will be once a month, and are 2 hour seminars, focusing on a specific aspect of self-defence.

They will focus on one element of self-defence, and investigate, in-depth, the best techniques to use, and why, and also cover why other techniques might not be suitable.

Each session will be a two-hour block devoted solely to one topic, at a cost of £20 per person and open to everyone aged 16 years and over.
